4. Acceptable Use

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Content generated by our AI:

• No Guarantee: Is provided "as is" without warranties of accuracy or completeness.
• Not Professional Advice: Should not be considered professional, legal, medical, or financial advice.
• User Responsibility: You are responsible for evaluating and using AI-generated content appropriately.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We do not warrant that the Application will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NUT AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Application immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Application will cease immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.

Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
